One Community Hub is a federally incorporated Canadian non-profit founded in December 2024. We exist to build a connected, empowered, and thriving community where youth are equipped to succeed, contribute, and lead. Through free programs, community initiatives, and meaningful connections across the Greater Toronto Area, we foster a sense of belonging, unlock potential, and create pathways to long-term success.

Darren Harry Baine
FUNDRAISING & PARTNERSHIPS
Builds donor relations, manages sponsorships and drives fundraising campaigns. Leads strategic partnership development with organizations across the GTA.
Lowenna Barungi
PROGRAMS & VOLUNTEER
Leads program planning and delivery oversight, coordinates volunteers and drives youth engagement across all initiatives. Manages monitoring and evaluation.
Joshua Kirya
Treasurer
Oversees financial management, budgeting, compliance and reporting. Manages grant tracking, record keeping and ensures fiscal accountability.
Lydia Mutyaba
COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH
Leads public relations, social media, branding and marketing. Drives community outreach, storytelling, and website and content management.
