On December 14, 2024, One Community Hub officially launched its youth programs — and we did it the right way: with a room full of young people, community supporters and plenty of energy at Playtime Bowl & Entertainment in Toronto.
The afternoon brought together youth from across the GTA for an introduction to what One Community Hub is all about, what programs were launching, and what the community could expect in the months ahead. Between bowling lanes, team-building icebreakers and a shared meal, connections were made that are still going strong.
It was the first event we ever hosted, and it set the tone for everything that came after: welcoming, real, built around the people in the room.
