About the program
The Green Schools Eco Clubs program brings together young people across the Greater Toronto Area who care about the planet and want to do something about it. Working in small clubs supervised by our team, you'll move from learning about environmental issues to actually leading change in your school and community.
Over the course of the program, you'll attend in-person sessions, design and run your own eco project, and document your impact. When you complete your 120 hours, you'll receive an official certificate from the United Nations Association in Canada (UNAC) — a credential recognized nationally and built to stand out on applications.
But the real value goes deeper. You'll develop project management, public speaking, and teamwork skills. You'll build a documented portfolio of real-world impact you can reference in interviews.
Youth and young adults ages 12–30 living in the Greater Toronto Area.
Applications close July 31, 2026. Rolling intake until then.
