Mentorship Series
See what's possible. Build a path to get there.
When you can see someone who looks like you, understands your background and has built a life and career in Canada, something shifts. The Mentorship Series connects youth ages 16 to 25 with working professionals across sectors including technology, healthcare, the skilled trades, finance and the arts, for a structured six-week journey of real conversations and real guidance.
Each cohort is a small group of mentees matched with professionals who volunteer their time and expertise. Sessions happen weekly and cover career exploration, goal-setting, navigating the workplace, and building the professional networks that most people take for granted. Our mentors are not just successful — they understand the barriers many young people face, and they want to give back.
Past participants have gone on to land their first jobs, pursue post-secondary education with confidence and return as mentors themselves. The program does not just open doors — it helps you figure out which door you actually want to walk through.
